Creating Time Freedom

Time freedom. It is one of the biggest reasons that we as entrepreneurs, start our businesses. We want to have freedom with our time.

Today, I am here in Kitale, Kenya able to work and move my business forward, because of the talents, skills and abilities of the freelancers and outsource teams that keep my business moving forward. One of the things I learned many years ago is that I needed to develop systems in my business if I was going to have freedom with my time.

Too many entrepreneurs find themselves becoming the Jack of all trades and masters of none. They spend their time on activities that do not actually move their business forward because they get busy doing many of the administrative and creative tasks that do not bring new revenue to them. It is critical that they consider what tasks need to be outsourced to someone else.

One of the things that I often tell business owners is to look at what they earn as an hourly wage, and then determine what tasks they are currently doing that could be outsourced for a lower wage to a qualified freelancer. For example, a consultant charges consulting fees that are much higher than the fees that they would pay a freelancer to do bookkeeping, to do web design, to write articles, to manage social media accounts or to do graphic design.

There are many things that you can freelance outsource to someone else, and the result is that you get an expert in their field of specialization working on your projects.  You do not have to have a full-time employee. You do not have to provide office space, electricity, an internet connection or a desk. You are not having to pay benefits for that individual either. You are simply hiring them to perform the task as a freelance service provider.

Look for ways you can implement this into your business. It's one of the things that is going to give you more time freedom for yourself. So you can do things like travel the world. That is the great thing about having a business that leverages the power of outsourcing. You can run your business from anywhere in the world, but it is not because of the business per se, it is because of the freelance talent that helps you run your business day to day.

Start creating time freedom for yourself and let one of our talented freelance experts handle the tasks that are keeping you from focusing on the things that matter most.   Open your account and post your tasks today at taskenator.com.
